Magnet Capital partners with the NFB

Magnet Capital has announced a strategic partnership with the National Federation of Builders (NFB).

Trade association members will now have exclusive access to the lender’s specialist finance products.

As part of the partnership, Magnet Capital will also provide content for NFB members, including informative updates on the development finance market.

Ashley Ilsen, CEO at Magnet Capital (pictured above), said: “It’s another great step forward for us to be teaming up with the NFB.

“This partnership is testament to our levels of service and transparency, which are serving us so well in a very busy marketplace.

“Development funding is now widely available; however, from our point of view, it’s about making sure SME builders and developers have the knowledge and ability to source the right type of funding facility to suit their needs.

“We’re really looking forward to bringing our products to NFB members.”

Sam Howard, managing director at Magnet Capital, added: “Obtaining the right funding is the biggest issue facing SME housebuilders, so partnering with the NFB is a natural fit for Magnet Capital.

“Our decades of experience specialising in development finance means that we have the expertise to provide the right funding products to enable SME housebuilders to resource and grow their businesses over many years.”

Danny Clarke, commercial director at the NFB, commented: “Supporting our members to manage and grow their businesses is key to the NFB.

“We look forward to working closely with the Magnet Capital team and strengthen our business support for specialist development finance.”
